The secret to success and fame is to be fully oneself. Only when a person is truly living up to their individual potential can they achieve success. This entails having higher standards and sticking to them. It also involves a little self work.

Begin by stripping away all the conditioning and training that is forced upon each of us from the moment of birth. Trite as it sounds, try to connect with that forgotten inner child. Remember what things brought that child the most joy and satisfaction before the disillusions of life stripped it all away. My child liked to write.

Do not worry if nothing comes to mind at first. Simply assess what is working right now. If nothing works, try something new. If nothing has ever worked, try lots of new things. The truth is that life is the exact sum of all past decisions. Creating a better future simply means making better decisions on a consistent basis. Find the true path and stick to it, no matter what. That is the secret of success and fame.
