Ice packed ground ... hard solid ground
as darkness in long shadows fall
Full moon rises for the cold forgotten
walking down the silent hall
The walk is short ... so very short
no real path that leads to hell
now swollen lips lay silent sleeping
with no more secrets left to tell
No time to waste ... none at all
for time is frozen as the winter lake
Each moment is one long existence
when death shows up and seals your fate
