“The way I see you”
Through eye’s of love
my heart can never have enough.
I look through the window of my soul
and long to always be there for you to hold.
No other word is more powerful than love
It embraces every good thing I see in you
and all that we have come through.
The tears that have been shed
and the joy of painting the town red.
The silly and stupid things we said,roses upon the bed
Through the years you have remained faithful and true
I have longed to be just like you.
If I could paint a picture of a true friend
That stayed with me through thick and thin
Well it’s obvious my love I see this in you.
