It is so easy to get sucked into these scams to get money without leaving the comfort of your home. Don't get me wrong I am also looking into trying to find a official on line outlet to become financially satisfied and have my time to be leisurely.
Getting out of an Internet scam is so hard to do. The Internet is so vast that simply trying to track down an actual phone number to one of those "reputable" businesses is virtually a mystery.

I can offer a bit of advice, before signing on to do something:

1. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Check with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)online. 9 times of 10, if the company's history is not recorded it may not be legit.

2. Ask around. Check with your community boards. Use community boards like the one here at Helium or your Internet providers.Ask the members if they or somebody they know have heard about the particular business. Let them tell you their experiences with the company. Then you can determine if it is right for you and you won't be sucked into a scam.

3. Report Them. If you do get trapped in a scam, report
them to the BBB. Be as descriptive as you can about the company and what the reason you are making the complaint about.If you cannot visit your local BBB office visit them online. When your application is submitted, you will receive a reference number. They will investigate the complaint and hopefully your outcome will be a lucky one.
