Everyone wants and needs to make extra money these days, whether the extra money is to help with your budget filled with living expenses, or saving for a new car, or saving to increase the contribution into your 40l(k) plan, or paying off those three or four  credit card bills, or money to go  back to school, to get into a new career to pay you more money every year, and add stability to your life.  Whatever the reason-here are some ideas which you can use to increase your income, and give you more money to meet your needs. Start with those things around your house or apartment that you don't use anymore.

Tour your attic and basement for good used  items.

There is a customer for many of the items that you bought, paying good money, and used them, and then bought something else, and now this is the time to get some money, by selling them to people who need them.  The exercise bikes and exercise machines you have in the storage room or the basement, motor cycles, cars that you no longer use, your collection of baseball and football cards, books that make  a great collection that are not used anymore, computers, disks, and computer equipment.  Put your free ad on line, and use a free website:  www.craiglist.com to get the people who want these items, give a fair price and you will move them.  Become a consultant in your field. 

Share your specialty as a consultant.

What do you know more about than any other subject, you are a specialist in this field, and you love to help others with the information you have developed in this area.  Whether you specialty is helping people get jobs, how to change careers successfully, how to start a home based business, how to sell successfully in today's economy, or something else.  Share you information, but make certain that they know your rates to off this information.  Never share the  information, until you get hired, and avoid giving it away for free.  Coaching is the new career field today, you can do it a few hours or days a week.

Become a coach to help others learn to sell products and services better.

A sales coach helps sales representatives worldwide reach their sales goals, from January to December of every year, to help them make more money selling, and using the techniques necessary to make their personally developed goals. The coach lets the sales person do the talking about how he/she will set up ideas, promotions, goals to turn potential customers into  lifelong customers.  Your coaching can be in helping small business people succeed, authors, speakers, or people in hundreds  of different  career and business fields. Let's sum up.

Summary.  You are the manger of your life, and the income you can earn, look at yourself in a different way, what skills, talents, abilities make you a special person, begin to use them to make the amount of extra money you need starting now.  You have a great deal of information you have learned over the years, put it to work, selling it to others.  Never, never give up, and never give away your information, it will be valuable to you as well as your customers.  You are special, make your life count.  Go for it.  You can do it.
