Poetry: Inside a snowglobe

by Anthony Megna

Created on: December 30, 2010   Last Updated: May 05, 2012

From moment to moment

My world shakes!

Then the snow falls lightly

With the softness of a baby's breath......

Between the times when my universe rocks

I see the faint images through the dome

Another world, another home.....

Who is out there in that stable world?

Why do they peer at me?

What do they see?

Here it comes again!

The shaking and quaking of my little place

Then they look and laugh!

I can see it on their face.......
