When I was little you tickled me
Under my arms and behind my knees
I wrenched and giggled as little kids do
Then I still laughed as I grew
We would go to the movies and theatre and such
Watching this was a laugh for both me and you
Soon I discovered laughter was great
My friends from 3rd grade were still my laughable mates.
Then I married a guy with a great sense of humor
I had kids of my own to tickle and humor
I now have a grandson and we laugh as we play
Jumping in fits of laughter
On his trampoline, I did it just today
Of course, now I am a writer
Of course humor I love
I am now in the process of writing humor with love.

for too much pain i've had to see
Tired am i now of all this disdain
laughter a skill i now
