What a great concept. Not only are teams in a race for a million dollars, but they get to go around the world at the same time.
The show involves teams of two (usually) who have a relationship with each other prior to the show, and they are trying to be the first team to arrive to the various checkpoints along the way.
One of the most interesting things about the show for the viewers is not only having an opportunity to see some beautiful countries and sights, but also that the shows producers have teams working on tasks that are related to the regions where they are.
This is a show that continues to work well. With the possible exception of the family edition, the producers continue to make this a watchable show.
Currently, during the All-Star edition, teams from previous seasons are having an opportunity to race again. While it is kind of fun to see familiar faces, new team dynamics are fun too.
