Poetry: Family

by Debbee Winegar

Created on: December 18, 2010   Last Updated: December 19, 2010

The word 'warmth' comes to mind

When 'Family' rolls off your tongue

That's how to define

Be it old, be it young

and who we come from

Whether we marry into it

Or are born into it

And then again just a friend

No matter where we descend

Family is who has your heart
