A door opened slowly, eye lashes knowing their place
I followed your expression, all the way down your face
Your lips gently puckered, eyes twinkling, bright
I let myself travel gently, somewhere, out of sight
Your heart was vast, yet I felt quite at home
as I slipped unnoticed, feelings, began to roam
Something familiar, struck me deep down inside
as pure as your beauty, my truth, could not hide
