Poetry: Mourning

by Melissa Woody

Created on: December 12, 2010

I sit alone and cry for The pain it is too deep. The person that I once was is lost in the depth of the sea.

I loved and lost someonewho didn't understand how much they really meant to me and that I was there friend.

My heart does ache forever with an empty hole not knowing if he loved me, It pains me in my soul.

A child of a father who wanted her to die, but instead he passed and now she sits and cries.

She wanted to tell him that she loved him fault and all but sometimes we don't get that when the trumpet calls.
