If the light of God has touched your heart
If you've been given a brand new start
Spiritual rebirth has changed you inside
Shine your light and do not hide
For many sorrows in this darkening world
Need the light of God's love unfurled
A beacon of hope to light the way
And yours is paramount today
To be "Jesus" for those in dire need
To visit the lonely and hungered - feed
To bring good news of God's great love
To point them to the source thereof
Shine your light in good works toward all
Humanity cries within spiritual fall
Corruption and evil now freely loom
One candle is much in a darkened room
Shine your light like the moon and stars
For rays of light spread wide and far
Reaching those outside your scope
When you shine the light of hope

The space between
Each point
Shine Your Light
There all alone I stood on that mountain,
I was waiting there for your return,
I kept looking hoping to see
