There are differences in character between both genders that make one gender more vulnerable to cheat than the other. In this case males are more vulnerable than females. Females will find it repulsive to have sex with a stranger but not a male. Repulsiveness is a feeling and as such females are more dominated by them than males are. Females would not even go to bed with their husband unless there is a ritual like romance, caring, cleanness, etc. For the females the process is many times if not always more important than the act itself.

Males, on the contrary, do not have the same characteristic. A male will not think twice to go to bed with a stranger female if he finds her attractive and if there is no right or wrong frame of mind controlling him. Male’s stronghold is the mind. Feelings are not something that can control or move the will of a male. If a male has a strong believe that something is right or wrong that will control their will. If right or wrong is not in a male’s mind there is nothing that will stop a man from acting out their desires. For a man pleasure is a very strong feeling and can't compare with other soft and gentle feelings that in women are strong like romance and caring. A man commitment to be loyal should be strong enough in order to remain faithful.

When a man sees a woman that is attractive to his eyes, he has a strong urge to look because the eyes in a man form a clear imagination. Females, on the contrary need to hear beautiful words in order to experience the feelings that will move their will to act. But the feelings take time to trigger their will. There are many other secondary reasons a man will cheat on women and they are things like cooling off in love, the stress that comes over the years with money problem, lack of communication among the partners, problems with the children, failing to understanding each other, etc.

As men will seriously commit to be faithful to their wife cheating will become more difficult to happen. Commitment and keeping our word is more of a man's ability than it is on a female's. But what happens many times is that repeating our vows in front of God is not usually taken seriously and the words we say are just empty of meaning.
