Christian's understanding of salvation

Jesus, and obey the following commands mentioned below, are saved from the wrath to come. "Since we have been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through him!" Romans 5:9. We are saved from being spiritually forever dead and going to the place where the bible describes as "weeping and gnashing of teeth Hell." The bible says that Jesus will return and that we will be judged. But those who obey the following commands will be saved and will go to Heaven, and those who do not will be eternally condemned.

These are steps taken by the followers of Jesus in the bible as commanded.

HEAR, BELIEVE, REPENT, CONFESS FAITH, BE BAPTIZED (FULLY IMMERSED)

1) "Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the Word of Christ Romans 10:17 " I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life." John 5:24. In this step we hear the message through reading, evangelism, etc. Either way, we learn the good news, that Jesus was given up as a perfect sacrifice as atonement for our sins. He paid the debt that we owed and could not pay. We have heard the good news about his birth, death, and resurrection, and that He is the one and only son of God, that we can have forgiveness of our sins and eternal life through Him and through Him only.

2) "Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not will be condemned" Mark 16:16. "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him" Hebrews 11:6. In this step we must believe the message that we heard in step one. This requires faith! One of my favorite verses in the bible is: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." - Proverbs 3:5. We can also see in this verse that one must believe AND be baptized (which will be discussed below).

3) "But unless you repent, you too will all perish" Luke 13:3. This next step is repentance. God commands for us to repent for the sins that we have committed. "Repent and be baptized every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:38. We can see in this verse that one must repent AND be baptized.

4) "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised
