Some saw it coming from the start,
We were warned again and again.
Hurricanes and earthquakes, plates shift
The turbulent ground on which we stand.
Solar flares, in the eye of a perfect storm.
The time for change is here. Now.
Only yesterday, it should have begun.
Every few years, another scare
Y2K, Apocalypse madness, 2012 now.
The fact remains, our spinning world,
Infected by our convenient consumption
Is in need of immediate change
And the time for change is now!
