How many times do i count the ways in which I've heard you say

How many years do I have to hear you?

Why should you be telling me that Jenny Craig worked for you?

Weight Watchers worked for you too, but you switched to a different plan.

Nutri System worked til you got tired of eating just there food.

You had to get it mail ordered and delivered to your door.

Apparently, they were embarrassed that you were ordering more.

Sensa, you sprinkle on your food, just like with Ali, you swallow

Why even bother if you're going to get tired of one right after another.

Why show the care and concern if you're going to let it back fire

Weight Gain, Weight Loss,

Life Style Change,

Weight Gain, Weight Loss,

Counting Calories,

Weight Gain, Weight Loss,

Gaining more weight to be more obese

Finally, a doctor that heard my plea.

Gave me victoza for my type II diabetes.

Now it's not weight gain, weight gain, weight loss, weight gain
