Since the 1940's hundreds of thousands of sightings of UFO phenomena have been reported by folk from all walks of life. It cannot be that all of these were mistaken, delusional, or fictitious. Some have genuinely reported their encounters that there are and have been, aliens on Earth.

As this question implies 'in the now', it is possible that some are on earth, even if considered at different intervals. Highly trained test pilots, doctors, teachers, lawyers, to those equated as being the ordinary people of their lands, have spoken about their sightings. All genuine accounts, having told of their events, have stood the test of sanity in the face of all interrogations.

It is not wrong either for any people to be skeptical about these accounts, as it is human nature to hold to their belief support. For an alien to even make themselves known in the face of all controversy, they must at least be on Earth, or within our skies to be reported. Those who do speak up, really do have out of this world experiences in any form of presence.

Some describe radiation burns, unusual nose bleeds, and tell of very close encounters to the point of being inside their craft. There are those who speak of experiments not pleasant to themselves, and yet others have peaceful encounters with exchange of words, mind to mind. Either way, these experiences can never be erased. Some thing overwhelming must have happened to be unforgettable, even if in the depths of their memory cells.

Craft are seen in Earth's skies maneuvering in ways yet to be developed technically here today. NASA seeks to make their Lightships - prototypes - but they have a way to go before understanding enough in the direction in which we speak.

Why also would the United Nations begin UNOOSA, United Nations Office of Outer Space Affairs, promoting International peaceful uses of, and space laws for outer space? It might all sound far fetched, but nothing happens without reason.

 Discovery TV reported Untied Nations and the Vatican are ready for Alien contact. These are two supposed to be reputable Organizations. If the Vatican Astronomer in 2009, Dr Guy Consolmagno spoke publicly at a British Public Festival of them 'possibly living in the heavens now', it is no different to the Hebrew/Judaic texts, that 'the heavens were set out as a tent to dwell in'.
