How to tan safely

Many women and men face this yearly conundrum- to tan or not to tan? Believe it or not, there is a safer way to tan than originally thought. I have been tanning for twelves years straight and still look 10 years younger than my actual age. The key is to find beds that are significantly reduced in the UVB rays and have more the UVA rays. The UVB ray is the burning, aging ray, whereas the UVA ray is the browning, tanning ray. There are a few other ways to tan safely. One is to use a tanning lotion with CO-Q 10, vitamin E, and a host of other nutritional ingredients. All you have to do is read the back of the bottle. The second way is to drink plenty of water, don't smoke and taking a multi-vitamin. Another lesser known way to tan safely is to tan year round in moderation instead of just tanning during the warm seasons. Think of it this way, your body needs excercise year round in order to maintain fitness. If you stop working out for a few months, you're stuck playing "catch-up" the rest of the year and have to start from scratch and stress out your muscles again. Tanning is the SAME, EXACT way. If you quit tanning for several months, you have to play that same catch-up game and your skin will undergo stress and pre-mature aging will result. The best way to tan safely is to go once or twice a week, every week and follow these simple guidelines. Happy tanning!
