Many seniors worldwide would like to learn how to use more features on their computers, so they can take advantage of the Internet, and explore all the websites all over the world. Here are some small ways to do some business, and earn some money, and learn about the steps needed to run a small business to make extra money.

Why is starting a small business an  important life skill?

Over the years I have started a number of businesses, and each business gave me an education on what is needed to become successful in a small business, and I learned about marketing, advertising, customer service, earning money, and making a profit. I used this information my regular day job, and all facets in my writing and living. You can do the same. What do people need in their lives? Start a little business in this area, with the Internet you have billions of potential customers worldwide. What will work for you?

Help small businesses with their advertising and public relations.

Businesses such as the small pizza shop looking for ways to get more customers in your local town or city, or the small garage that wants to do tuneups, oil changes, and tires, needs to be able to spread the word in advertising to local people to bring their cars into their shop.  Contact the car shops or small businesses in your area, and tell the how they can get more business, and begin making a profit with your help. You can spare part time set up an office in your home to do it.  What is your specialty?

Become a consultant in your field of knowledge.

What is your major from college?  Are you working in this field or are you doing something else.  Many people have 4-5 different careers in their lives. Even if you moved on to another career, there might be a business you can start and earn a little money by starting a business in that area. Could you teach something like accounting,
