You can establish your own individual sexuality. Your biological sex classification, sexual identity, sexual orientation, sexual preferences, sexual fantasies and your sexual behavior make up your total sexuality (2). You have control over your biological sex, sexual identity and sexual behavior and you may have significant control over your sexual preferences and fantasies. You may have limited and indirect control over your sexual orientation, but "sexual orientation" may be an excessively overloaded theoretical concept that offers no measure of certainty. Establish your individual sexuality by following six simple steps.
Step 1. Determine or alter your biological sex: Remove all of your clothes and examine your genitals to determine your current biological sex. Use a mirror to help you see things more clearly. Your biological sex is male if you only have a penis and testicles. Your biological sex is female if you only have a labia, clitoris and vagina. Your are intersex if your genetalia include male and female components. You may choose to undergo hormone therapy, sex reassignment surgery and genital reassignment or reconstruction surgery, if you wish to alter your current biological sex.
Step 2. Accept or reject a sexual orientation: American Psychological Association claims that a broad set of factors may contribute to your sexual orientation. It is impossible to verify your sexual orientation conclusively. You can only guess what your orientation is based on your belief that you have an enduring emotional, romantic, sexual or affectional attraction toward one or more particular sexes or genders. Claiming a sexual orientation requires that you falsely assume that your orientation is static, your belief is definitely true and you can actually sum up your enduring emotional, romantic, sexual or affectional attraction toward others using a particular orientation label. According to the American Psychological Association, sexual orientation develops across a person’s lifetime and you may become aware that you are, for example, heterosexual, gay, lesbian or bisexual at different points in life. However, it is impossible to know your orientation until after you are dead, if ever (5).
Step 3. Condition your sexual preferences: Your sexual preferences correspond with the genders or sexes that stimulate
