What could be better than a nice, warm, massaging foot soak after a long and exhausting day on your feet? A HoMedics Jet Spa Footbath, that's what!
No, this is not a commercial, but...
I, personally, own my own HoMedics Jet Spa Footbath, which, by the way, I use professionally both in my home Nail Studio, and when traveling to clients homes for in-home services, as well. I do! I really do, and I love it; too! Especially with its' mere $30.00 price tag!
In my opinion, the HoMedicics Jet Spa Footbath is light-weight, easy to travel with, and has all of the features needed for a great pedicure. It comes complete with 3 attachments; a scrubbing brush, a pumice stone, and a ball style massaging attachment, too!
Simply place your choice of attachment on the rotary pin in the center and place a bit of pressure on it with your foot, either the heel, or the ball of your foot, and Viola! It's like having your very own nail technician right there in the room. OK, not exactly, but you get the idea. Need to change the attachment? Simply place it on the built in attachment caddy and you're set!
As for ease of use... I'd say for me it's an 8 out of 10, however, for the price, it's a 10 out of 10. Yup! For me, so long as I fill the footbath with water as directed to the water level mark only, and not above it, I don't have any problem transporting the footbath filled with water from the waters' source to the footbaths' user for use. No spillage, no awkwardness, just easy transport. Of course, I'm not running with it, as that would be silly now, right? Right!
Moving on...
As for the jets...Love them. As for the bubbles...Love them, too! The handle can be a bit daunting but like everything else, you get to know it, and it's all good.
But, there is one negative I do have to say, and that's regarding the so-called heating element. Does it work? Well, of that I am NOT sure. I think no, not really, but, at the same time, there's really no need to soak your feet for more than 15 minutes, well in my opinion, anyway. That said, I can soak feet, exfoliate feet, and scrub calluses smooth in under 15 minutes, so... But that's just me. Still, for the price, I'm definitely satisfied.
Oh yeah! One more thing... I really like the foot rest and its' design. You see, the footrest is made so that each foot can comfortably rest on it, and it's even got an out-line of where each foot should rest! You can use it for clipping your toe nails, or cleaning your cuticles; whatever tickles your fancy. Additionally, at the top of the footbaths' foot -rest you'll find an opening has been provide for ease of use when draining the soiled water out. It's a nice little design extra; well though out, and quite sanitary as well.
As for the controls... Just two easy buttons to push. One button controls the jets, and the other the bubbles. That's it!
So, am I pleased? Yes I am.
Thanks HoMedics!
