In morning, when the dawn paints the horizon
a soft, gold-pink hue, and the wind strums a faint
tune over serenity, I know the peace of God,
that joyous solitude that defies explanation,
when all is right in your world because you know Him,
His praises sung in the silence of a rising sun.
