Shadows of my current life
Twisted by imagination.
Wanton cares,
Sheltered memories.
My heart beats fast
With their refusal
To leave.
What am I to do?
Should I treasure them
Along my lonely road
To nowhere?

The memory will always remain
but I will never look back on it in vain
It will always linger in my mind
but yet

Step inside and breathe
Remembered a wind
That voraciously swept through
