The door's finally closed
Its silence is so peaceful
Hoping there will be no more abuse
The beatings are torturous
The wounds unbearable

Waiting for the perfect solace
Praying with all the heart

Instead, the love is no longer there
The accusations, misunderstandings and a whole lot more
They are part of the whole domestic fiasco
This violence is getting out of hand
Trying with all the might, to forget and then move on

Spilled tears
