I believe that certain things should be kept in the past.But other things really should be talked about.It helps a lot in relationships,it helps you to move on.Talking about can help make your relationship stronger,it helps build trust,honesty,and communication.If you really love and trust the person that you are with,then talk to them about it,they will be there for you is they really love you.Repressed feelings and emotions from the past are never good for you or your relationship.I know that it's hard to talk about it,but talking about it helps you feel better,helps you to move on,and start a new life with the one you love.Just know that you don't have to talk about the past,and you may not want to,but jsut ask yourself a question.Do you really want to live in the past forever,never moving on?I've asked myself that,and I don't want to live in the past.I talk about it rather than hide from it.
