The Ones We Remember
The ones we remember,
'Lest we forget',
While their lives were short-lived
Without regret,
The cost of world freedom,
A sacrifice;
Their families, loved ones,
All paid the price.
To protect one's country,
A high ideal;
To protect another
And their pain heal,
The task of the moment;
May each one know
The love of God, sharing,
A higher path, show.
To God be all glory;
To Him the praise,
For one's we remember
Throughout our days.
