How to maintain your posture

My Pain Story:
Pain is usually ill-treated and many people suffer because they can't find the best care, medications or therapies.

Pain is invisible and may not show up in an MRI or X-ray. Doctors can misdiagnose it. Family, Friends and Co-workers may think you are not really in pain and just like to complain or work not as hard as they do.

My pain story begins in my late twenties, around the year 2002 or 2003. I worked long hours as a software engineer, and as a result, I believe I started to suffer from arm pain.

At the time I thought it was normal to feel the arm pain, since after I came and rested at night, or had the weekend off, I felt good again. Eventually it got to the point I thought I had Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.

I went through various doctors and was misdiagnosed with some arm problem (can't remember the technical name but they said it is like Carpel Tunnel Syndrome). Eventually I got second and "third" opinions and received other diagnostics.

I have two doctors agreeing that I have Cervical Radiculitis - swelling of a root nerve around the neck area. I am being currently treated for this condition.

Because my pain is not always present, it is hard for people to really think I have a problem...
