As we focus to maintain a grasp on this ever evolving timeline we refer to as life, we may skip a few key elements on the way. We focus on meeting the financial status quo, personalizing our loved ones, so as to meet our expectations, and idolizing our significant others to degrees which may indeed prove unhealthy. We have dreams, in a literal sense, that often give us incite on the small daily tasks we have overlooked or perhaps an emotion we are forcing or are forced to push into the subconscious because we are either not ready to deal with said feeling and or problem or we simply do not have time to approach it. We look towards the future without the notion of what is being lost in the present. In your past weren't you looking forward to the future, which is in fact right now!
What was it that you were waiting for back then? Is it occurring right now? Did you take those necessary steps to achieve your current role or have you simply made your bed to lie in it? To me the phrase "You made your bed now lie in It." means that you did not think things through. You had no plan and if so, you did not approach the problem accordingly. What, did you HOPE all would be well?
Are you happy where you are, If yes, then good for you. You are probably lying to yourself, but good for you. If no, then guess what, you now have the opportunity to do what man/woman's main goal in life is to do, solve problems with solid solutions. Whether you are encased within a religion or led astray by choosing sides politically or finding you conforming to any of the hundreds of social clichs, everyone has a driving force. This driving force is a never ending need to seek out or create "drama" "issues" "problems" in order to solve them. Solving problems is fulfilling. I have found that most people, who excel in words or in mathematics, tend to relieve stress when writing or solving equations, why? Well, they relieve stress through their natural skills because; they are satiating the undeniable hunger of, bringing the circle to a close with, a well calculated, philosophized, end to a solution.
At times, in our life, we create overwhelming walls of challenge. Some assume they can climb over, walk around or dig under their blockade, this is however impossible. You can never go around a problem and to climb over it would take much longer than needed, not to mention you can't get over on your problems. By digging, you are simply undermining the need to find a solution. We must break through our barriers. Talk to a boxer, martial artist, runner or anyone who maintains a balanced mental state through physical advancement. The satisfaction is in the exercise. We must exercise the mind; keep it fit and always sharp. If you smoke too much, (herbals, toxic stogs, cigars, *crack*) cut down.
To maintain a proper mental state, the body must be able to coordinate, calculate, correct and back up the mind. Looks aren't important, why? Looks aren't important because they do not tell the truth. Even a well developed chiseled male may be injecting poisons into his system. That attractive shortti with the Salma Hayak looks and Shakira moves might be stricken with lack-o-self esteem-disorder and be giving up the goods to every HIV stricken "hottie" she comes across. We do horrible things to ourselves just to prove our self of something we cannot approve ourselves of. You get it? What I am saying is, our actions contradict the results we seek
