Easy Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp real butter
1 1/8 cup peanut butter
2 cups marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla extract(pure or imitation)
Lightly butter (or pam) an 8 x 8 glass dish. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, sugar and butter. Bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat then stir in peanut butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla until well blended. Pour and press into the buttered 8 x 8 dish and let cool. Cut into your desired sizes and enjoy!
This is so easy to make it will disappear almost as fast as you made it.
