Choosing the ideal present for your lady can be a very daunting task, can be very time consuming and difficult, however If you're lady is anything like me she will drop very subtle hints and expect you to pick them up. However, secretly we ladies don't always know what we want ourselves! But if your lady is easy going and romantic there are loads of things out there to please her, it's just a case of thinking about the lady and what she gets excited about, such as diamonds or Doctor who. Here are some simple ideas to go for, and some advice.

1. Make sure you start looking early/ set your budget/ extravagant gifts:

 I start hinting for things that I might want for Christmas just after June, that way I know what I didn't get for my birthday (in June) I would like for Christmas, and its always good to be prepared in way of thoughts, because that way you have loads of time to save up the money for that private jet she wants, or the other more expensive items, such as a games console.

  2. Think back to last Christmas:

Jewellery, things that say 'I Love you' If you've been together for longer than a year and therefore more than one Christmas remember what you got her last Christmas and how much she appreciated it and used it, whatever it may be. For example, my lovely boyfriend got me a gorgeous necklace last year and I wear it on special occasions and always have a huge smile on my face whenever I wear it. Therefore I appreciate jewellery and love sparkly things, if your girlfriend lights up every time you go past the jewellers together then get her a gorgeous necklace, something that truly tells her how much you love her and whenever she wears it she will almost definitely think of you.

 3) What do you love doing together:

 Spa Day, Experience days if you are the sort of couple that gives each other massages after a hard days work then maybe you would like going on a spa day together. And to be frankly honest, of you would enjoy it and she would definitely appreciate it, it'll be like giving both of you some 'Me time' but together and will definitely bring you closer together.

However, if you're more daredevils then why don't you try some sort of experience voucher that you can do together, such as Zorbing, also known as Sphereing. Or you could have a day at a vineyard trying wines, those sort of romantic things.

 4) Making a present:

 Making a present is always a good idea, it makes it more personal. It definitely shows that
