What's the one thing you want to do when you're stressed?
Normally it's something that will make you chilled out and normally with someone that will take all of your worries away such as your partner.
It's always good to focus all of the bad energy that you are feeling into something positive, such as banging out a steak when you're angry. Making love with the right person will really alter your mood; it'll help you forget about what it is that you're stressed about even if it's the 30 minutes that you're at it, it's better to be off of your mind for a little bit than to eat you up inside (metaphorically speaking).
The chemicals that are produced during sex act as a healing chemical, for example if you're excuse for not having sex was because you have a headache, that's a rubbish excuse as your orgasm will get rid of that headache and make you feel like a brand new man or woman.
If you're a man stressed about your work, you come home dinner is on the table along with a beer, this will automatically make you feel better, along with a beautiful woman that had taken the effort to make you your lovely dinner and pour you some beer, this factor should make you feel at least a little bit better.
What will make you feel even better is if your partner took you into the bedroom gave you a long sensual massage to ease away the pain or a long days work. This will not only make you feel at least a little bit better but it will get you in the mood for some loving.
The actual act of making love is so special. It takes your mind away from everything and you'll feel like you are the only two people in the world who exist at the precise moment in time. This will automatically take your mind off the stress related problems you have been having.
Oxytocin which one of the hormones produced during sex involved in reducing stress hormone levels, depression and anxiety. So not only will you be making yourself healthier by getting some exercise, you'll also be making your women or man happier meaning you may get breakfast in bed in the morning but also you'll wake up all refreshed ready for another stressed packed day, but don't worry you can do the same thing over again, I’m sure no-one will complain. Also take some time to cuddle during sex, as cuddling releases chemicals in your brain which automatically make you feel happier inside and more close to the person you are cuddling.
