So you want to dye your hair but you do not want to use gruesome animal tested dyes. Well there are actually many hair dyes that do not test on animals and have beautiful results like any other color! Here are some of the best hair color dyes that are truly approved not to have been tested on any cute furry critters!
Aveda Color Karma –
This is a professional hair color that is one of the most natural! They use all natural ingredients. Using all accepted plant oils and vitamins to nourish your hair as well as deeply dying the cuticle so that the color stays in and does not fade. The only way to obtain this brand of hair color is ask salons if they carry it and then let them apply to your hair. It is worth it because it is not as damaging as other brands and will keep your hair soft and silky!
Garnier hair dyes –
Garnier has two different brands of hair color, 100% color and Nutrisse. Both of which are very natural and not tested on any animals! The color itself is also very gentle and has a wonderful conditioner that contains aloe vera and other oils that keeps your hair smooth and soft after the treatment. The color comes out absolutely wonderful for being a boxed dye and it is honestly one of the best on the marker out there with vibrant beautiful shades from blue black all the way to a white chocolate yellow free blonde.
Naturtint –
This brand is probably one of the safest you can go for, they are a vegan company and only use the softest of dye and natural oils to give hair color a different fresh look. It is also good enough for sensitive scalps and will not burn or sting. This is a good dye for people who do not want to go too dark or too light as it is so gentle there may not be the biggest difference if you are going above two hair color levels. This is a great brand for a quick hair freshen up however!
Other brands that surely do not test on animals are Wella color charm and Revlon. They both provide some excellent color as well, one being professional and the other being boxed. Seek out which hair color brand is right for you among the listed and have no fear about it being tested on animals!
