Happily chatting and sipping cider
Around a table fit for royalty
Needful of naught but good company
Kin and friend reliving memories
Savoring time as much as turkey
Guided by the grace of the divine
Inspired to share dreams and aspirations
Venting about best laid plans and frustrations
Intertwined we are by this day
Nourished by our fellowship
Granted a gift more valuable than gold
