What is poetry?
Poetry is life
poetry causes no fife.
Poetry expresses loves
but avoids the use of the glove
poetry is pure
as its acts as to perfect cure
to the errs of life.
But poetry purrs like the innocent sight
of the bright feline light
that is quite right
while reading under the immortal sunlight
Poetry is like the pedal
of an artistic bipedal
quite unique in its own right
it undergoes no plight
