*I Believed*
I refuse to believe everything you've said.
You took advantage of a moment
But at what cost?
You got inside my head.
I keep closing my eyes
Waiting for the fear to go away.
There's endlessness inside.
No words can describe my shame.
You stole my innocence

Hidden in the barrel of a gun.
I sometimes feel like it was my fault.
Even when I know it's not.
But I still carry the wieght of it everyday.
You think I'd be over it, I'm not.
But you wanna know the worst part?
You wanna hear the truth?
You wanna know why my finger is on the trigger?
You wanna know what makes me shiver?
I did believe everything you said.
I let you take advantage of a moment.
I let you get inside my head.
But at what cost?
Look at what I lost?

A shoulder to cry on is what I will offer you...forever
You live far away, our paths no longer cross, however, you know that
I will give you a shoulder to cry on,
A shoulder that's firm to your touch,
A friend you can love and rely on,
When everything's
