The Victorious Warrior
Of those who live
and those who die
Shouting out their battle cry.
Hacking and slashing
with all their might
Through the day and into night.
Few will live
but many will perish
Of every second you should cherish.
For life is short
and leaves you fast
You next breath just might be your last.
But over death
you should not muse
Rather fend it off with great refuse.
Do not waver
do not shake
Soon you might fin'lly wake.
And see your loved ones
all around
Glad that you
are safe and sound.
The doctor tells you
that you are well
But you're battle's not over still.
For Death has simply
fallen back
Preparing for his next attack.
But staying strong
will do the charm
and his attacks will do no harm.
Keep your faith
let it not fail
and maybe you will remove the veil.
You'll see the sky
You'll see the Son
Get up old warrior, for you have won.
