Makeup can make you look stunning within seconds by accentuating your exquisite features. However, it is not necessary to visit a professional every time you want to make the most out of your looks. With the following makeup tips even you can win the hearts of a million!

1) Be gentle:

Skin is the most important organ of our body and looking after it is an absolute must. For this reason, while applying concealer to hide those unwanted dark under eye circles, always use the ring finger. This finger is the weakest amongst all the other fingers and its use makes sure that not a lot of pressure is exerted on the skin. The skin on the face should be treated gently and lightly.

2) Make it last:

People who often suffer from chapped lips find the application of lipsticks problematic. This is so because the lip color usually tends to make its way inside the cracks which is indeed an awful sight. Therefore, if your lip region gets dry easily then become habitual of using a lip balm. If your lips are severely chapped, then make use of a toothbrush, right after the application of the balm, and rub it gently on your lips to rid them of the dead, ugly skin. Keep the balm applied for about five minutes, wipe it off and then proceed with the application of your choice of lip color.

3) Get rid of the pain:

Tweezing or waxing your brows is indeed very painful. In order to ease the pain, it is recommended that you take ibuprofen and hour and a half before getting started with the process. Doing so will not only ease the pain but will also make your skin look less red and swollen. Moreover, shaping the brows up after a hot bath facilitates plucking of the stray hairs.

4) Let the cap help:

Running out of the concealer at the eleventh hour can be disastrous but there is no need to get upset about that anymore! There is always some amount of foundation accumulated in the cap of the foundation bottle. Believe it or not, but this foundation can actually do the work of a concealer as it is comparatively thick which makes it perfect for providing that extra coverage.

5) Allow the blush to do the trick:

If you belong to the lot of people who are not really fond of makeup, then blush is one cosmetic which can do wonders to make you look beautiful! In order to bring a natural glow on your face, just dab some blush on those apples of your cheeks after applying foundation. You will realize that there is nothing else needed to make your appearance look better.
