Reality is coming home to you everyday,
and knowing
you'll always be the wonderful same.
You're not going to turn my world upsside down
because I burned our supper
or spilt hot coffee all over my cold hands;
you aren't going to play games with
my head
my emotions
my self esteem.
Sometimes
when I look at you
I know I'm still dreaming-
reach out to touch you
And you are real, solid, sexy.
You give me space to think and you
are always there with ready kisses and laughter
and I am
coming home to this every day,
and not
the sad twisted fate I knew before...
my old life that was full of wanting,
sadness,
need.
I couldn't have picked a sweeter the-glass-is-half full
life
than what we share, where
everything is new again, and everything
is falling up
bubble-happy, and warm.
You repaired my rose-coloured glasses;
and taught me how to love again.

The dream was

to make beauty and truth become lost
in each other.
Stark Reality offers little solace,
in times
"Apparitions"
You freely claim to touch reality
yet you touch only the perception of reality
where even time does not exist
REALITY
Ever searching
often in frustration
seems so endless
with invisible barriers
and unseen constrictions.
Blind , self - inflicted
stranded
