Contacting Zynga customer support to file a complaint is something nearly everyone that plays any of their games, which includes: Farmville, Frontierville, Mafia Wars, Café World, Treasure Island, Petville, or Zynga Poker, has had the nagging and often valid urge to do. The problem however is that Zynga prefers handling complaints through the individual forums for each of their games which is often unsatisfactory and hollow - especially if you have spent real money on their product. Like any corporation though, there are other ways to make your complaint known to Zynga and get some level of response.
The first option is email. Emails concerning a complaint about a Zynga game can be sent to: customer service@zynga.com. In this email, you are supposed to provide your Facebook ID (Assuming you are playing on that platform), as well as a detailed explanation of the problem. Doing so will earn the following response:
Thank you for contacting Zynga Customer Support.
Your email has reached an automated mailbox. Email that is sent to this address does not reach our Customer Support team and will not receive a personal response.
If you are in need of assistance, please visit our support site at http://zynga.com/support. There you will find solutions to many common issues as well as an email form to submit questions directly to our support team.
Happy Gaming!
Kind regards,
Zynga Customer Support

What will actually work however when you need to file a customer complaint with Zynga games is calling. They keep their phone numbers well hidden, but there is one number that actually does get answered by a real live human at some point in the process - 1-800-762-2530. When you get the automated menu, do not press zero for the operator - press 2 for tech support or else your call will be redirected over and over and usually dropped before you ever get a live person. This is a bit of going in through the backdoor, but it works. The hold time is usually minimal, but you will eventually get a person. That person will then re-direct you to customer support which is what you need anyway. In actuality, calling customer support directly can take
