What we should do about voting fraud in state legislatures

Voting statutes differ from state to state. The more common issues of voter fraud happen around the more heavily populated areas and big cities. Still on occasion small town America will be targeted for the lack of media exposure. Candidates that are running a close race have a tendency to target these types of areas because they are off the beaten path, and fraud will rarely come back to bite them.

The voting system that is in place now has been hacked, took advantage of. In some cases have even been blocked by outsiders to ensure that no one goes in to vote for fear of their candidates will lose. Voting stations placed in different zones through a town or city should have protection to ensure their constitutional right to vote. Not be greeted at the voting poll by thugs to scare people away.

Then there is the problem of voting more than once. This could be done by using a debit card with your voter registration ID included. This could only be used once because it is tracked through the voter registration computer. If a voter uses their card more than once the card is taken into custody by the voting machine they use. Then a voter fraud official would contact you days after to talk with you about returning your card or not. A 200 dollar penalty fee would have to be paid by the card holder before they could regain their card. Banks would also be notified so no new card could be dispersed to that said person.

Legislature figures have been known to manipulate the voting system to bring in more votes. If they are guilty of fraud they should be barred from ever seeking office again. These individuals are untrustworthy and dishonest, and have no need of representing the states people. Voting is a right for any individual here in America. Fraud should be viewed as a felony, and all rights revoked to vote under the constitution of the United States protection laws that represent that right. If you are going to vote. Be honest and respectful with your vote.

Voting fraud in state legislation involves big money, kick backs, under the table dealings, and spreading a big illusion to the people they represent that they had their best interest at heart. This only happens to those legislative candidates that get caught. Both Republican and Democratic parties are guilty of the acts of fraud in the voting polls. They often turn their heads towards the fraud until they are put on the spot when caught. Both sides are looking for ways to beat the democracy system that was formed by the United States constitution.

We should all hold dear our right to vote but we should also take into consideration how to do it in a fair and honest way. I take that part back. How do you get fair voting when both parties are dishonest to begin with? The saga continues on how to fairly vote and get your representative into office. There will never be a concisive cure until the prime law of the Twelve Visions Party is ammended into the constitution of the United States. Then we will see America change for the better.
