Who has the power in communism

Closest thing to true communism yet is currently Cuba, since the return of Religious Freedoms in 1997 before the visit of John Paul II.  The people are the ones with real power there, not the government.  Same as France and Great Britain, in Cuba, the government is afraid of the people, not the other way around like in the United States of America.

In Cuba, where Communism has been the order of the day for half a century, the people demanded adequate health care that is available for ALL, not just those that can afford it.  See in a democracy, same as in communist countries, human life is not measured by the amount of money one can afford to give in exchange for medical treatment.  This is why most Canadians, like myself, rarely go to the US and when we do, we make sure to be insured BEFORE crossing the border.  Otherwise, if we get hurt in the US, we return to Canada and get patched up for FREE!  Wow what a concept, doctors working to HELP PEOPLE instead of refusing assistance if we are unable to pay.

Here's the Hippocratic oath that doctors in the rest of the world swear to "First do no harm".  It seems that unfortunately with privatised health care or HMO in the United States of America since the Nixon Administration that this oath has been replaced by the "Donald Trump" oath of "First do whatever it takes to make more profit".  In other words, help those that can afford it and leave the ones that can`t out on the curb (literally if need be).

Two years ago, when my wife had thyroid cancer, it was simple enough to receive surgery to remove her thyroid...  Forty dollars (CAD) for a private room (shared room would have been free, but my wife is shy) plus fifty dollars for the gas money as the hospital is three hundred kilometers away, was all it cost.  No insurance was necessary.  Now the operation might have cost in the thousands of dollars had we been in the United States of America, and that was the kind of money we didn't have, seeing as the wedding was a few months later.  We would have been very deep in debt, just to get rid of cancer, and that's IF we were lucky enough to have a loan to cover it.

Long story short; Communist or "Socialist-style countries" like Canada, France, Cuba, UK and so on, are the real "democracies" of the world; where the government (and medic staff) serves the people and not vice versa.
