As a little girl asked father
about my destiny
he reassured;
that's not your concern my child -
the rider of a white horse already
searching, you destined to be carried
on his palms forever.
The rider turned out in a
beaten Royce-Royce
after a few years marriage
his palm broke most of my bones
dethroned
sitting a wheel-chair
to work out my destiny.
Fragmented to my smallest elements
turned myself inside-out to ask the True
Father about my destiny
He reassured;
that's not your concern my child -
your destiny carved deep into my
Palms in all Eternity.

Not a vast and twisting
by Adrian Owens

And so hard everyday
For everyone except myself

To other peoples
My destiny,
Is not found written in pages,
My destiny exceeds the ages,
My destiny was foretold,
By an ancient Civilization,

I walk
I am creating my destiny as I sit here and write
I choose to do this... be it day or night
I decided to choose this subject...
