Customer Service and Expertise-Shopping for a wedding gown is an exciting task but it can be a little intimidating. Before brides shop at a certain bridal salon it’s important that they find out if the staff has been professionally trained and/or certified. A great bridal salon will retain the most reputable and professionally trained staff in order to assist brides with their most significant purchase. Not only is it important for the staff to be professionally trained they should also have good customer service skills as they will have to form a relationship with each bride.
