The easy way out is not always the best way or the wisest choice. It may seem like the quickest road from point A to point B, but rushing into any decision can have disasterous effects. Decisions made in haste usually appear cowardly or arise out of some sort of urgency or fear. Going the distance takes fortitude, patience, resolve, compromise and all those other saintly qualities so hard to find these days.
One example of haste makes waste (and makes cowards of us all) is the simple contract a person may make with an employer, landlord or business promise like a time-payment. The wiser choice then would be to not take the easy way out and wait it out.
Cowards are people who need immediate gratification. They are too afraid of what may lie ahead and certainly do not have the fortitude to go the distance. Fearful folks always take the easy way out because they do not trust themselves, others or even God. What they do not realize is that the quick decision may not be the easiest in the long haul. For example, if one waits for a lower price or a better time or even better weather, all these things combined could create ease of affordability, living freely rather than under a
