Where does it begin or end
This concept of sin
Am I wrong as a mortal man
To want, to need, to feel, to touch
Am I supposed to cut myself off
To subdue my natural urges
To fall foul of religious purges
To become what I am not
Will my prayers fall on deaf ears
If continue to be a mortal man
To want, to need, to feel, to touch
This concept of sin
Has become a cage
Not gilded but never the less framed
To defeat my heart
To corrupt my soul
Not allowing me to be loved
I still want
I still need
I will touch
I will feel
This concept of sin
Was originated in the hearts of crooked men
