I watched her die in front of me
The pain of letting you go
This feeling of loss is cold you know
My heart fought with me each day
The tears would not go away
The suffering that you endured
I prayed for you to have no more
Your end came to you so bitter
Mother, God should have allowed you to die better
My heart still has a sore that I was not able to talk to you once more
I regret the things that I was unable to say
Now your dead and I still pay

They say it's depressing
It's a little too dark
they ask for other angles
but I am tangled up in scars
You left me stranded
You ask me to walk way
