Mr. Scarecrow
Oh Mr. Scarecrow
keep the birds away
from my fields of pumpkins and corn.
Don't let them stay.
They eat it all, Mr. Scarecrow.
I need your assistance
to keep them all away from here.
If you succeed in happiness I'd dance.
Oh Mr. Scarecrow
I'm happy to have you.
Scare the birds away.
I mean all of them - not just a few.

Scarecrows
The farmer toiled all night and day.
He plowed the fields and stacked the hay.
He planted corn that grew real
