Michael Jackson's judges were a jury of his peers who acquitted him on child molestation charges. These were his judges in a legal sense.
The rest of the world who was not on the jury can choose for themselves what opinion they have of him. In this case, the best determination to be made will be whether you and your sphere of influence (family, friends, business partners) choose to partake in Michael Jackson's entertainment or not. Voting with your pocket book is the most effective way to commercial enforce your personal judgment against and about the performer.
All things said and done, those who are followers and fans of the "King of Pop" will hardly be deterred from supporting their icon as amply demonstrated by the crowds that showed up to support him during his trial. His detractors will not alter their opinions either. The rest of us in the middle who observe the spectacle of his life from afar will shake our heads, say what a shame it is that such a great entertainer has fallen so low, and move on with far more important things in life like putting food on the table and clothes on our children's backs.
