The health benefits of running

Running weight loss

Most people start running to lose weight - and rightly so. Running is one of the best ways to return to the slim silhouette.Thanks to the nature of exercise and by the fact that we engage during the course of almost all the major muscle groups, running causes the body to burn significantly more likely to accumulated fat. Additionally, thanks to improved endocrine and muscle development because it is much easier for us to burn fat throughout the day.

The benefits of running, however, is much more

Sports such as running are indicated in patients suffering from hypertension.Running helps to lower blood pressure, which reduces the risk of developing diseases such as coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis, heart attack, stroke and many others. The fact is also that running significantly reduces the risk of developing diabetes.

That's not all:

Muscles

During running, we use all the major muscle groups. Opportunity to move not only receive the leg muscles, but also the back, shoulders, arms and abdomen. Thanks to the efforts to improve their oxidation muscles and develop, improve and their tone. Running is a great exercise in loosening tight muscles and works very effectively especially at the back pain associated with stress.

Challenge

People begin to run, although initially they must first overcome the difficulties associated with lack of fitness, are usually very surprised at how quickly regain their good form. Often, after a few weeks notice the vast difference in physical fitness.This is an excellent feeling to realize that your body has an opportunity. Often, after defeating the first difficulty running it becomes a passion, in which we try to achieve more and more new results and run longer distances.

Psychological benefits

For many people, running is a great way to relieve stress accumulating in each of us. During the race, thanks to the good oxygenation and exertion, relax the back muscles, which unite during stress.

Regular jogging is a great escape from everyday problems. Many people in the everyday rush virtually no time for myself. Time spent on running time, however, is only for you. Nobody will then no cares, no one is calling. You can escape for a moment from family, friends, work, home, school and all their problems. You also have time to think about different things and decide that the daily noise is difficult to truly consider.
