10. Wanting does not equal getting. You can want it all day, that does not mean I have to get it for you.

9. Ignorance is no excuse for the law, and it is certainly not going to cut it here either.

8. I will try being nicer as soon as you try being smarter.

3. Just because you know the owner's/manager's name does not mean I am going to ignore company policy and give you want ever you are asking for. You may know the President's name as well, but I doubt that will get you past the secret service.

2. If the item is not out in stores yet then I cannot pull it out of thing air for you. You may believe you saw it else where a week ago, but telling me so will not create a hole in the fabric of time allowing me to get the item for you. Until they ship it out I cannot sell it to you.

1. I am smiling because I know that one day karma will catch up with you and you will spend your next few lives as a cockroach in a lab being tested for various insect killers.
